Unique, Sturdy, and Fun Metal Bookmarks

Give your bookmark collection a much-needed and much-deserved upgrade with these unique and intricate metal bookmarks.

I’ve spent the majority of my adult reading life with only two bookmarks. One is a wooden bookmark from a former boss who picked it up in Tasmania for me it smells like the native Australian tree from which it was made.

The other is a metal bookmark I saw in a store while traveling but didn’t buy because, due to a fire alarm that went off in the middle of shopping, I walked away and went back to my hotel after standing out in the cold with scores of others who’d been inside the store.

I tracked down a friend who owned a store near them that sold the bookmark, a metal rabbit inspired by Alice in Wonderland, sent them the money, and got it in my hands. I recently purchased a different style of metal bookmark after losing my favorite and can now say that I primarily use metal bookmarks to keep track of where I am in a book.

Metal bookmarks appeal to me because of their durability and intricate design. I have a rabbit bookmark with long ears sitting in a collection of toadstools that I adore. It’s lightweight, flexible, and nearly indestructible.

My second metal bookmark is a cat in a winter coat with a long tail that is perfect for hooking on top of a page.

I’m amazed at how many inventive ways metal bookmarks can be designed, and I love knowing how sturdy and dependable they are for the job. If you’re looking for a good bookmark, I can’t recommend this one enough. Choose something you like and know that it will last a long time because it is made of metal.

Let’s take a look at some of the amazing metal bookmarks you might want to add to your collection.
